1. Delivery charge
Our carriers cover the whole of the UK and the Republic of Ireland. All orders include free packaging and handling.

c. Palletisation = £40-- 8 boxes or more
Palletisation relates only to collated strip nails,due to the weight. it applies to 6 products ranging from 90 ml in length to 50 ml in lenght.this applies to all cost ranges. for example 8 boxes or more of any mix of sizes = £40 an order of this size will have to be sent on a pallet.
2. Delivery times.
a. Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland--(roi calculated in euros)
Next day from date of dispatch where possible,maximum 2--3 days service.
b. Great Britain--Scotland, England, Wales.
2---3 day service from date of dispatch where possible,maximum 4 day service.
If an item is not in stock , delivery will be delayed . An expected dispatch date will be given and notice to proceed by email.
3. Cancellation and Returns policy
a. An order may be cancelled by notice via email,also phone or fax or by letter,all contact information is provided on the site.This must be within 7 days of purchase.
b.If goods are found to be faulty or incorrect notice must be given via the channels stated above and will be collected by one of our carriers
c. Cancellations that are not faulty or incorrect must be returned at your cost.
d.Any returned item must be in its original condition including packaging, and must be fit for re sale,and proof of return by carrier will be required.
e.Once a return is received and inspected only then will a replacement or refund be processed.
